I was interviewed by the wonderful Nancy Parker of Fox 8 News in New Orleans for a project I was helping with called “The New Orleans Street Gallery.” I was one of the artists that was selected to paint a utility box in the Lakeview area in New Orleans. The theme was camouflage.
“Since I was born and came out the womb, I was painting with something,” said Jeremy Paten as he brushed green paint on his rendition of a tree.
Paten concentrates on each brush stroke despite an audience on Robert E. Lee Boulevard.
“I definitely get a lot of love,” he said of the passers-by. “They say great job… we like what you are doing!”
